The order is not exactly right I think.. but close enough.

Prior to this patch, that could have easily been changed to Physical->Chaos->Lightning->Cold->Fire. (Oh, and Cold converts to Fire, so you missed that in your version.) The order you present is arbitrary and, in the case of trying to make Chaos skill viable against CI, utterly counterproductive.

Did I not say it's not exactly right? Regardless, I remember reading a dev post somewhere, most likely from Mark, detailing why conversions happen the way they do. So whether my version is arbitrary or not is irrelevant as GGG has their own reasons.

Also, it's NuclearRaven's item. Maybe that's what he wanted.

You cant use RF with CI to begin with

It still makes Shavronne's harder to get, now that the possibility of chancing a Shavronne's is now reduced by an item that doesn't actually define any builds.

If it had been literally any other base type it would be fine - even the level 45 one, increase the +% energy shield roll, and force a level 62 requirement - but no, had to be this.

I get that this item was designed before Shavronne's was a part of the game, but it's still $1000 spent to annoy a lot of people, and the base type could easily have been changed.

CI Life = 1

RF is based off max LIFE. So yeah doesn't work anyway.

I'm in agreement with $1000 spent to annoy people. But, the $1000 is really to support GGG, but I understand why this chest piece pales in comparison to Shavs.

It was made before shav's so it was in no means bought to annoy people. I personally think they should have 2 base items for every unique any way. A common unique and a uber rare one to go with it. Makes it more interesting. I keep waiting for glorious plate to have a second unique as well.
