unique items *no longer updated*

What skills exactly are affected by + to melee and unarmed range? Only those without AoE stated?

I don't think its 100% correct cause im pretty sure it affects cyclone

20%, dunno if the ring has the same effect though

I remember reading somewhere that someone confirmed it was 20%, cannot remember if it was the PoE forums or reddit or I'd post a link. :(

Is there a unique items list by chronological order? Just incase someone missed a new item but doesn't want to go through all the item list to see a new one.

I'm still confused about what league each item can drop in, anyone have a list?

Daresso's Salute ------- Anarchy
Gifts from Above ------- Anarchy
Shavronne's Revelation - Anarchy
Voll's Devotion --------- Anarchy / Onslaught
Victario's Acuity ------- Onslaught
Death Rush ------------ Onslaught

One of the top 3 is also an Onslaught item but I don't have confirmation yet. Though I'm fairly confident that it's one of the rings. There's about 15 Daresso's in Anarchy but none in Onslaught so I'm rather certain that is Anarchy only.
