Nonetheless, Void Battery is indeed one of the few uniques released recently that are very viable for high-level content and yet does not border on being over-powered. " A crit dagger gives about 80+90 crit chance = 170% Divinarius gives 40+~90 = 130% This wand gives 60+50(power charge) = 110% So, not too bad. You can still get effectively 100% crit chance with discharge, for instance, with two wands. Not to mention much more damage from the charges themselves. |

Yes but his point is that the wand only increases your maximum power charges by 1, so without the wand you'll only have 50% less chance to crit at max charges.
