I fail to see how this is a good unique...wouldn't it make more sense to cast temporal chains on the whole group of mobs first? It would be much more effective than landing temporal chains when you hit them.

Well the gloves seem to make EVERY hit have temporal chains. That is super awesome.. It won't matter what level it is because you can perma curse monsters now.
