Nice boots! Interestingly enough, I had been making a few tweaks to my RF/PA templar over the past few days. He's currently using Tempest Shield with a high block chance of 63%, planning on getting more. Those boots may be pretty useful in providing me with bonus spell block chance! edit: omg that shield lol.
