unique items *no longer updated*

Those are Great uniques I really love the Golden Wreath one that thing has so much rarity...
But right now im in for DPS.
But the Karui Maul Is All in for DPS The Uniques are awsome.

Technicalities. They deal the damage 'for you', and use your stats. It's the same with Totems.

No, just like "Area Damage" from Amplify, Blast Radius passives or Concentrated Effect don't work on degen.

In short, degeneration != Damage.

the golden wreath is only a prize for winning races. but you can find rare helmets with 30% rarity, i think. i have one with 29% rarity.

Let's say that if the spell works with the culling strike gem, it works with the unique. Props to Metronomy, this is a good one

If the spell damage roll was between 60 and 70 at least, I would love the Heartbreaker. Shame it lands a bit short of that!

My guess it that the actual summon of the skeletons get culling strike, but since the summoning doesn't do any damage it will never trigger ;) The attacks of the summons are firstly not spells and secondly not yours (so i would say that even a caster specter would NOT get culling strike from it)
