Can someone please explain to me why you believe this is really that OP? I believe it's a good chest, one of the better uniques, but no to be considered OP on all levels.
because u can run RF + PA + Inner Force + Many Auras + Blood Rage with it in combination with Zealot Oath Keyston.
CI already gives you 100% free Bloodrage so that's not even an issue.
At the end of the day, I don't get what all this whining is about. It's a build enabling unique. It allows low-life builds to function without having sick amounts of gear. It's still weaker than endgame rares.
How does this affect you? Does it diminish your CI build? Find/buy one yourself, respec out of CI, and you benefit too. Does it make low life builds OP? They're not exactly OP in said better endgame gear, so there's no suggestion of it. At the end of the day it just give some builds more convenience, which is good for everyone who'd like to attempt such a build, and irrelevant to everyone else.

the name of this item is so horrible! and the name of the new shield "chernobog's" (=chernobyl?!?! chernobyls bog?wow...) is horrible as well....but the ring is the biggest BS in terms of names I have seen in a while....how could the devs accept it?.

I'm in the process of making a discharger, I'm running blood rage w/o losing life at lvl 63 while using volls (so no chaos res on chest) and EB. If done correctly it's not hard to pull off.
Finished 17th in Rampage - Peaked at 11th

Base life around 600 with 85% resis RF does, with inner force, around 120dam/sec
Blood Rage with 0% resis is 12Dam/sec
so you only need 132ES reg with Zeaolt Oath to use both skills with this Armour (Vitality Aura+ 1% Templer Reg Talent is enough already)

LeHeup is the name of the diamond supporter who made that ring. How is that offensive in any way?
I still think this chest is significantly stronger than CI, even if you do sacrifice some defenses for it. However, it's nowhere near as bad as some people claim. I think CI needs a slight buff regardless, perhaps by making freeze/chill/shock/burning calculation based on ES for people with CI. As for the chest itself, I think it's in line with other strong uniques such as Lioneye's and Kaom's.
I agree that stun/shock/burning/freeze/Chill should be reevaluated to maybe be as ES and not Life but I might be bias since I'm CI :P
