Welp, looks like we got another BIS unique. That thing is probably the best bow you can possibly get for anything but Explosive or Lightning Arrow builds.

" The "Bleeding" is a special mod that is similar to puncture. It will cause the enemy to spurt out its own blood whether moving or not. If i remember, the effects last 10 sec after impact.
