unique items *no longer updated*

So far im really dissapointed in the "unique changes". Buffs to crappy uniques that were never used are so insignificant.... won't make ppl use this uniques even after buffing and if some unique was necessary for certaing build and got buffed , ppl will go - ok thats nice it got buffed but i would use it anyway. Still w8in to see if Maligardos Virtuosity and Wake of Destruction got nerfed and Ambus Charge and Volls Protectors changes. What are your opinnions guys ? found any unique that will actually be usable after buff ?

I heard that there is a high chance my unique was the one added in patch 0.10.

A couple of questions I wanna make.. I'm thinking about a Quill Rain build but I have to know two things.. :)

1) I see that Quill rain is a very particular and interesting bow, so seems nice to make a build around it. But.. the one you've posted requires lvl 5 and 26 dexterity making it a low-level items. So, I suppose it will become useless at level 70 for example, but can this bow be found with higher level and stats? The unique items are all linked with a specific level or can they be found at different points to the endgame???

2) this is silly I know.. can bows have 6 slots?
