I don't get why that wand doesn't just have a "30% reduced energy shield" mod instead of this arbitrary middle finger to CI builds.

CI already isn't mandatory for summoner builds because using CI reduces the amount of auras you can abuse.

I want a highend onehanded damage/speed sword (that I can dual wield) yes. Seems people doesn't like swords. We will need another diamond like Charan to make it happen.
