I'll take a 10 Gauge bar through the left eye's sclera, and a surface piercing in the right eye please.

Conduit is a keystone on the Passive Skill Tree which shares your charges (Endurance, Frenzy, and Power) with allied party members. Having such a mod on your gear allows you to get that benefit without spending a passive point on it.

Extra Gore is a visual mod which does exactly what it sounds like - it adds "extra gore" to your attacks/kills (not sure which, if not both).

I found some unique boots, the windscream ones that allow 1 additional curse on monsters, they are listed as hardcore league here but I was playing softcore when I found them
