Artist Wanted: 1BloodLine Ex+Legacy+art stuff to the artist that makes a nice art of my concept

First: i suck at drawing second here is the ugly sketch i made to represent the concept

 So basicly the handle is made for 1h and for 2h weilding its a mace which is a dragon head with a Flame shaped weight that rolls on a series of wheels the weight is attached to a Spring/chuck or a piston(which i think would be the best idea, especially if the piston is made as a thong) If its a piston : The energy from the hit is stored in the head and when maximum energy stored is reached, the next hit deals a Shockwave If its a spring, the items has Knockback mod Its not a must that the item looks exactly like this, i hope not lol It would need Lips to hide the rolls you can add stuff that you think would make it nicer and/or enhance the theme of a dragon head mace (ie:vents on the side of the head to justify the shockwave origin) I dont play the game much anymore but im still and always be somebody driven by unique concepts So id be happy to give my ingame stuff for help PS: post something if you are interested PS2: If you want to imagine a unique item for this Art, go ahead! Looks cool, and I actually quite like the idea :)
EDIT: Actually, in retrospect, if it's a contest there is like no way it could be a breach right?
