As much as I had the chance to test I most certainly will go for Cyclone - Melee Phys- Blood magic - Conc. Eff. - Inc. AOE - Fortify I tried a 100% manacost reduce on beta, and while it works, I don't think Melee phys on full life is nessecary. Fortify jewel would be far too broken lol. Though I think it was datamined. I would much rather use fortify linked to flicker or leap slam. I already use them a lot, so it helps to save a link. Hello, I have one question, I am lv66 now using your build, i have crafted some rare chopper with 90% phy dmg and some added phy dmg, anyway today I found Wings of Enthropy and I'm wondering if it would be viable for this build since I don't have anything else.
