Pohx's Crit Glacial Cascade Build ( Just Gear and Youtube For Now )

Hey, Pohx. What would your suggestions be on Celestial Punishment? I know the 16% elemental damage on the way would be mostly minimal, but as the status on the mobs would be nearly constant, would it be a useful node to pick up?

Hey Pohx! Love your shit, been subbed and watching for ages 'n all that good stuff.

Uh, I know this is a first world problem to have, but what would you recommend for a 7L (Pledge Of Hands)?

(Spell Echo) - Glacial Cascade - Faster Casting - Increased AOE - Added Chaos is obviously a given, but... I'm not sure how to go with the last two slots. I'm guessing my main smart choices are:

Life Leech
Critical Strike Damage
Concentrated Effect (Is this even smart? I'm assuming at least one less hit per cascade with this)
Power Charge On Crit (To keep the charges up during bosses I suppose?)
Knockback (I guess this is only good until you push mobs to the end of the cascade, then it sucks?)
Empower (I'd only be using a Lv2 (+1) Empower and pledge doesn't have +gems so I can't see this being an option.)

I've been playing POE for a pretty long time so I don't usually have any trouble making smart choices, but I don't have any experience with GC and given how it's not always clear how many times you're going to hit/how much damage you're going to do... yeah, I thought I'd just ask. I figure unless you've actually toyed with conc effect/knockback it's hard to tell from numbers and theorizing alone.

Will a taryn's shiver work? I cant find a staff with +2 to cold gems.
