What is the dumbest way to die?

Watching LCS, while simultaneously playing my invasion char, Act 2 merc, finally found the entrance to the Vaal ruins. Game is about to start. No monster in sight, only four monsters remaining on map, so i think it is safe to tab out shortly and watch the game while not losing progress. After the game i tab back in and of course my char is dead. Since that moment i only play softcore leagues, because i know it will surely happen again at some point.

Not paying attention, typing/reading chat with mobs on screen/while standing in degens.

I did my favorite character build 3 times in beyond, one was my sole ever crash death, second was me afking at a waypoint.
