What is the dumbest way to die?

xp loss on death is pretty stupid imo and kills all motivation to play.

There was an asian kid that died from a heart attack or blood clot or some shit from gaming 48 hours strait after the release of D3. That was pretty dumb.

Does repeatedly AFKing inside instances counted as "I was being stupid"?

I just never seem to learn. Even when two entire screens seem clear, some mob always manages to pat around to where I happen to be idling and kill me while I'm AFKing. Never played HC, but maybe I should, just to help me kill off this bad habit of mine.
