In-game Voice Chat Functionality.

mumble is a great alternative to skype and teamspeak. i like it the most out of all the other programs

ingame voicechat really is not necessary
In game voice chat = The bomb :D
1 + 2 = 5?
+1 to a native in-game voicechat. Though, I would suggest that everyone be squelched by default and that it only unsquelch people automatically when you are in a party with them.

There are plenty of 3rd party voicechat programs, skype/ventrillo/ts/mumble that all work better than any in-game voicechat i have ever tried. No need for GGG to make more work for themself with so much other stuff to focus on in the beta.
This is the suggestions forums, is it not? Just because something may not be likely to be implemented or implemented soon, doesn't mean it should be struck down outright. Furthermore, while there are plenty of third-party programs for voicechat, none of them will allow me to voicechat with people in a random pick-up game. Everyone involved needs to be meet up in those programs ahead of time independently of the game.

Voice chat could be quite nice but isn't really that important, since there are other programs that I can use. Like Skype, vent and Teamspeak.

I think only a very solo player would be against this... that being said, add it, it wouldn't matter if it were an option, way better to have it than to wish it existed...

This, Gl on beta keys!!
+1
I would hate to see a voice chat in game...just use skype...or steam.. You can add multiple people..and you don't blog up peoples chats. I'm speaking from experience when you played combat arms...all i heard was screaming little pissy kids..no thanks...
I think a voice chat would be cool, tho it will take probably too much resources to get it high quality enough. So why not make something like public mumble ? So all the guys who wants to use it can use it.
