on the fly... cause thats how i roll... Things with "increased" and "decreased" in the tooltip are additive ... where as "More" or "Less" are multiplicative ...

" It is scary seeing your own video linked xD I make my own builds with the exception of my summoner, I had no idea the playstyle and progression of a summoner and I wanted a good first impression of it. Although I do plan on making another with my own variation on it. |

If I knew all the Gems/Support Gems by heart it would make building a build a whole lot easier.

" well you could go on the site at the lists everyday and read them i do :)) So far i know all the in an dex skills and the first half of the support. I make my own build before starting a character, but they all seem to end up being uncomfortably close or even virtually identical to cookie cutter builds. It's a mildly sour feeling.

Im pretty positive no one uses my exact build and step by step. There are a few things i would have done a little different but its coming along well.

I like to get the base idea of a spec, then tweak it here and there for my own personal preferences.
Some people like more resists, more life, more armour, more attack speed, one skill gem over another, one aura over another etc etc etc At least we have the option to do that here, unlike another game that shall not be mentioned. | |

I have my own. i looked at what i was interested in.. filled it in and from there i am just picking whatever i feel is best for me.
If it does not work out i will make it work.. if i can not make it work i will try again. Change it around some to make it better then it was. at this point i am lvl 41. no real problems other then gear ( i am picky) I like to play how i like. however i do not mind if others rather play how others do. I have a huge print of the skill tree made out of cork. It's on my wall. Every time I level, I tp back to town (to be safe, obv) walk 20 paces away from the computer, blindfold myself and throw a dart at the wall.
Most of my builds fail, and I'm probably gonna owe my landlord some monies, but I'd rather go through all of that then copy anybodies build. All the things I want to remember are in the places I'd like to forget.

My build. I might sometimes look around for inspiration or ideas on how to fix low spots in my builds but besides that, I always plan it out myself.
