Your build or cookie cutter

Do you craft your own build or do you use one someone else has made and why?

Winged my own build, because I might as well play D3 if i want a cookie cutter build.

Great thing about this game you have chances to find amazing builds and things that maybe not to many people know about or think about.

How are you guys doing with your own builds now, progression wise?

I make my own build, because it's honestly not that hard, and I enjoy thinking about and building a character myself. I feel like many new players take one look at the skill tree, think to themselves "I can't possibly make sense of that," and just end up convincing themselves that they will never be able to make their own build.

Anyway, this video (How To Create an Amazing Build in Path of Exile) by FifeNation is a great introduction for anyone who wants to learn how to make their own builds.

I feel kinda squishy with my build. lvl 53 and still farming a2 cruel trying to find some gear that will help me with a3.

Thinkin I might have to reroll with more defense in mind.

Dont get me wrong i look at what other people are doing to see how they think and how they approach a character but i like making my own builds because even if i fail i can learn from my mistakes because i know what went wrong what i was thinking when i made it and what to change :D. I like that feeling and if just copy paste another build even if its flawless it wouldnt feel like i its my merit. But thats just my POV. Cutter or original at the end of the day if its fun and its the way you roll go for it and let no one tell you otherwise (unless its logic or experience that tells you :D). Peace
