Getting a lot of "loading screen/ping stuck" on SG server
Looks like it is really related with Telekom Malaysia. I'm from Malaysia too, using Unifi 5Mbps (in case people don't know, both Streamyx and Unifi is under the same company, Telekom Malaysia).

dont rely on their CS EMAIL, they dont even know what they are doing, just following script and such, their network team do call me regarding this matter, and tbh all i understand is that they are currently monitoring the situation, i will give them probably a day or two before i start releasing my rampage on their CS, this is the only way to get their attention.
btw i suggest you do a winMTR and send email to them, but put remarks for network team attention, and demand their network team call you regarding this matter
and btw, for those who are so lazy, just dont play on SG gateway anymore, you guys dont deserve low ping if u are so lazy to work this out together with your ISP
