Getting a lot of "loading screen/ping stuck" on SG server

Just to advise further on this case, Hexagon there are some latency spikes occuring from the hop on the first node of your trace to your second node (perhaps between your router and the box owned by your ISP on the street, or directly to the ISP themselves. This may help your ISP identify the cause of the issue.

Just another check, are you able to actually get in-game? If so, you may be able to get more comprehensive traces from the IP addresses of our instance servers. You can find this in your Path of Exile/Logs/client.txt file.

thank Yeran, they already sent their onsite-technician and verified there is no issue either on my hardware/cabling/cabinet, and yes i already did what you already suggested, email those result to my ISP, my case still in progress.

On 15th nov, i finally been able to play POE SG GATEWAY without any of those weird 0 ping/ingame client stuck, but it was only lasted less then 24 hours.

oh well, nothing seems to be working, thx POE, time to look for another game, latency issue is not something i can have fun with
