Getting a lot of "loading screen/ping stuck" on SG server

i believe this is double issue.. from ISP and GGG SG service provider, i smell "we are unable to continue SG GATEWAY, so we have to shut it down" soon...

i've suffered the same lag/0 ping whenever i'm playing at SG gateway these past 3 days... until today i cant play at all on SG gateway



btw hop 5 used to be EQUINIX, i wondered what happen to them..

i from malaysia play singapore gateway.my normal latency is 80.my latency lost became 0 after 5 min,i cant summon totem and anything.monster still follow me but didnt attack me.i alt-4 relog still beyond.if not lucky i on standard.this keep happen this 2 week.
but,when i play aust gateway.my latency 230 normally and i play smooth.

wow me too, i already consult tmnet regarding this issue, their network team is working on it, tbh i dont trust them much on this, are you using streamyx/unifi ?

I'm playing from Malaysia too, it's not the internet connection problem since we not getting any problem playing in the Aust gateway.

That's not how the internet works.

Think of the AUS gateway as your local grocery store. Now think of the SG gateway as your library.

When you go to both places, do you take the EXACT same route to get to both? Is it possible that there is road construction, or a traffic accident on the way to the library, but not the grocery store?

Well, if that's the case, I'm more concern of the possible ways to get pass the road construction and start playing again

i dunno how to use winMTR but alot ppl got same problem.just wait other ppl send winMTR.
