Getting a lot of "loading screen/ping stuck" on SG server

I have played at SG realm for 2 weeks and pretty smooth for me until yesterday, where I constantly got either:

1. loading screen stuck (not the startup loading screen, but map/town loading). It is related with the connection but not my PC problem (my HDD have 0% load)
2. ping stuck (the ping doesn't change and just stuck there with the same value, and I can't do anything except relog)
3. unexpected disconnection. (least frequent)

Weird thing is, I got a lot of loading screen and ping stuck and it doesn't dc, but it just stuck there for 5-10mins until I decided to manually relog. No dc, no reconnect, nothing.

My pingplotter: http://imgur.com/zqfakBC

EDIT: I change my server to AUS and this problem doesn't happen anymore. So I forced to play at 130 ping rather than 30 ping :(

EDIT2: This seem to only happen to people who are using Unifi/Streamyx ISP at Malaysia.

Bump! Anyone can help me to solve this problem? Although this problem doesn't happen anymore after I switched to AUS server, but of course I prefer to play at 30 ping over 130 ping.
The symptoms you are describing sound like a momentary line disconnection. PoE is not very tolerant of disconnections or poor line condition.

Best way to diagnose this is to run a winmtr trace to your gateway for at least 300 packets (5 minutes) and make sure it captures at least one of these flatline problems.
Unfortunately WinMTR doesn't work well for me, getting a lot of "No response from host", not sure why:

I re-run pingplotter for 5mins but it is just the same as the one I posted at the first post (constant packet lost at #7 hop)
Can you please test if you can reach the AU gateway with your WinMTR? If that shows your trace is running smoothly, you may need to try running your trace to SG both while attempting to play Path of Exile and not playing on the SG gateway, and just confirming that there isn't some unusual filtering occuring by your modem/router/isp.

Same thing, WinMTR shows a lot of "No response from host" when running trace to AU.login.pathofexile.com.

I tried use it to trace google.com but also got the same thing.

So I use PingPlotter to trace instead, but both trace to SG when I playing in SG gateway and AU gateway is the exactly the same (except for the small difference in ping value). #7 hops still shows a lot of packet loss but I assume that it is not related with this situation.

Your ISP is filtering traffic. You can successfully resolve to their network, but not through it. That makes it extremely hard for us to diagnose anything or help you. Unfortunately, your ISP is likely the only people that can help you at this point unless you can get a valid trace.
YAY i guess i wasnt the only one.. OP what ISP are u using?
I'm having exactly the same situation as OP, problem persisted for 3 days now.

When i change to AU game server, everything seems fine except a higher latency which is normal.

It seems the problem only occurs in SG gateway.

I did not change any settings for my computer, i've been playing this game for almost a year now, never had this problem, until this 3 days.
