I never had mana problem while I was leveling(lvl 100)

If u have mana leech from item or node(1% is enough), there won't be any problems with that issue.

Check gears(my amulet - quiver - rings - belt- boots) and my dps is with charges.

I just feel like my dps should be higher, thats all.

Keep in mind the op has pretty much perfect gear or close to it. Just for reference, my DPS is at 82k at level 91 w/ power charges. But I'm missing weapon ele dmg on my ammy. I'll probably top out between 85k to 90k once I level up a bit.
