Multiboxers ruin the economy.
I'm really surprised Manocean haven't gotten banned yet, he multibox literally every League, ON STREAM.
But I guess that's what you should expect when he's one of the top streamers and probably also a supporter, can't remove that income of players y'know. IMO it should be bannable to multibox, it 100% ruins the economy in every single way. " Correction. The richest people in any league are almost always RMTers or popular streamers backed by donations. Why are they able to accrue "PAGES" of exalts? Simple economics. It's because there are "PAGES" of exalts flooding the market thank to RMT which is driven by botting and multiclient abuse. That "minority" of the population has a much larger influence than you comprehend. It's actually similar to a "minority" controlling petroleum throughout the world to control prices and inflation. Difference is, "Gold" farmers don't care about inflating the economy in the same way that large petroleum companies do. I'd like to see you make 8-24ex+ per day (1/hr), which is what you can make off one set of clients by simply turning unid Vaal rares into chaos orbs in a day. Hardcore botters/RMT do not run only 1 set of clients fyi. They use in-house programmed bots, which likely are not detectable, and run as many currency farmers as they can 24 hours per day. AND BEFORE YOU MAKE THE ILLEGITIMATE CLAIM that you can make more than this running Uber atziri, YOU need to realize that THE ONLY REASON your items sell for what they do on the market ("Pages of exalts") is because so much currency is flooded into the market by the culprits. They specifically changed Ladder party bonuses BECAUSE multi-clienting was a problem. I don't understand how you don't grasp this concept. So now instead of botting multi-client, they probably just stack up as much IIR/IIQ on a single character as possible and run 6x as many bots that run 24/7. easy solution:
as it currently is, players must be in reach of the boss when he gets activated and killed to count for the loot bonus. quality and quantity of the player who lands the killing blow s taken. they could change it in a way that: - every player who isn't there when the boss gets activated, gets killed in the fight or leaves after the boss got activated, don't count towards loot - the boss' loot is calculated from above player count and a shared amount of item quantity and rarity of all surviving players in range of the boss, dependend on how many damage they did to the boss age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

" you can't prevent multiboxing from a technical point of view, you can only make it less effective by changing the game's rules. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

" They should just add /players # for all players so that solo players can obtain the same benefits as a full party. The balancing factor is that it takes a solo player longer to kill solo at full party difficulty. |

I wanted to be one of them as well.. looking up at them as they were riding by.. on those silvery mighty horses and wearing golden sunshine armor with bright red, green and blue gems.
I grinded my teeth into Sarn, Maps and all I could bear and wear to find those shining items as well, or be able to buy them from them... It killed the fun for me. I hated the game, I hated them and I hated myself. I have changed... now I am playing the game, enjoying every act, every nook and cranny, every corner of a map, every Portal scoll or Alc shard I find. I craft low level stuff for fun, I find an upgrade every now and then, I waste orbs on stuff I think will improve my build, albeit maybe only for a level or two... I make my own builds. I am an Alterholic. I have a lvl 67, 62, 66 and 61 character on Rampage. I found my first exalt yesterday. I trade my C's and Alchs for minor upgrades. I wave at those in shining armor as they hastily run past me in maps and parties. In their wake I pick up my stride and continue playing on my own pace. I am having fun! I will never have a Shining Armor or that Godslaying Weapon of awesomeness and mirrors. I will probably never attempt Atziri or lvl 78 maps, but I found the road I am traveling on much, much more interesting than all the possible gold and riches that could be waiting for me at the end of it... I managed to have fun with the game with the things it gives me, not the things I want it to give me. I played my ass off in D2 as well, and after having played thousands of hours, botted probably even more and having nothing else to do then playing Pvp in .08 items, the fun quickly wears off. at least for me it did. I high fived my son yesterday when I found that exalt. (4th one since I started playing in Closed beta). His smile and my smile on that moment is more than enough gratification for me. that, and my Crit Ice nova build that is finally kicking off, yeah! Xcho. Don't Touch my Sweep please GGG!

Anyone remember closed beta and instance boosting? That stuff was insane. Experience and loot bonus just from having other characters sit at the area entrance (and the party iiq bonus was 50% before it got changed to 10% q and 40% r).
Also, manocean isn't doing anything that would warrant a ban. 2 instances per comp. Even sandboxing more instances on the same comp can't be enough to warrant a ban. If GGG changes Dominus fight so that 2nd form can't inherit party bonuses on the fly, it will become more difficult to pull it off. IGN: NNQQ, Sporkay, Rands_

" this doesn't prevent people from dominus runs with a kill speed and a mf char (brought in only at the beginning of the fight and for the boss kill) which results in ~4 times more rares and uniques than the average 2 man party gets. or one player with a "/players 2" option. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

Multi-boxers haven't ruined the economy, greedy people and a screwed currency exchange has. 9 out of 10 people still believe that the chaos to regret exchange is 2:1, whereas chaos to exalt is 32:1, so how is it that its 12:1 regret:exalt? Also, if scouring and chaos are 1:1 right now then chaos:regret should easily be 2:1 since you can convert 2 scouring into regrets via-vendors. Scourings are 1:1 chaos:scour but chaos:regret is 3:1 to some? It's not the multi-boxers, its a skewed currency exchange system.
