I've been loving Rampage until I started running with MFers, and seeing how broken MFing still is.

Have to agree with OP MF way too strong grouping way to strong too. Almost makes you feel you must do those things to get anywhere which shouldnt be that way. 200-250 should be cap. They already nerfed IIQ I'm sure IIR is being looked at too.

I think MF is fine as it is now. Except culling maybe. I would like to see that the DPS winner on a certain mob in a group would have an advantage to get items assigned to him/her and that the drop IIQ&IIR is inherited from this character. Not too big advantage, but just so that culling isn't that profitable anymore and the IIR&IIQ is more like the average of the group instead of the culler.

I think there is already a balance between clear speed and a solo MF-character. I have not seen mediocre MF-characters with great clear speed. More nerfs to MF as the mechanic is not the solution.

clear speed of a DPS character vs a maxed out MF culler isnt that much different to justify the huge bonus they are getting.

travel time doesnt change they both have to move.

I'd estimate I'm about half speed with 410IIQ than with max dps setup using same build. And thats on maps only. More like 9/10ths the speed on domino runs since majority is travel and waiting, which is a constant with either build.

4x the MFing doesnt justify only a slight decrease in speed.

I've never focused on MF, also I map mostly solo. Sometimes I group with friends here and there but the majority of the time I'm solo. I'm running 78 maps constantly and have built a char that clears any mod 78 map in ~10 minutes or less depending on mods

Your suggestions have two (or so) possible outcomes.

1) Groups begin insisting that everyone have MF
2) Groups slow way the fuck down, to ensure the "culler" gets the last hit in, since culling is now gone.

I think removing culling would be a great idea, but then I see people just stopping their dps so the MFer can get the last hit.

Removing culling is one option, but 500% IIR (with flask) should absolutely not be possible, ever, in any game, period. Other games don't even have IIQ.
I used to put my characters down here.

The list became so long, and I've had to DELETE over 50 characters to make room for others, that I've stopped updating it.

#firstworldproblems give me character slots free or WAY cheaper GGG ;(
