This is my bow - Is it worth it to swap it out for a 325pdps Harbinger (with crit) or is the attack speed more valuable from Lioneyes Glare?

No.

Even non-legacy quiver can be better than Drillneck. For Tornado, +1 arrow quiver is BiS anyway.

Drillneck usefullness for physical archer is HIGHLY OVERRATED!

Definitely worth. Crit is the most important stat for this build, a 300+ dps Harbinger will give you an incredible damage boost. I mean a lot, it's a game changer. Try to aim for as high crit chance as possible, like 8.5, possibly 9+, that's more important than pdps.

Try to roll hybrid phys roll with an exalt or craft WED on it?
Not sure if I want to go Phys->Lightning yet tbh, I might stick to pure phys.

I've tried her too and got to Trio. It's pointless, our damage isn't enough and we can't tank them at all. If you want to do uber, better try some Incinerate build tbh.

i know the OP mentioned this build can be played in HC but it seems everyone posting is playing in standard/warbands. anyone playing this currently in tempest with any success? im worried on how evasion based characters are doing these days. plus lightning coil is super expensive.

It is do-able but not recommended. Eva is really rippy if you get unlucky.
