Life gain on hit(gem) only works with attacks, not spells.

I'm going to build something similiar in new leagues, heres my two drafts.
This one is with more block and then this build with more aura nodes/dmg and chaos res. Both trees miss that one mana regen/flat es node at witch start, take it. Any thoughts?

Here is my updated version, of this build. It is less tanky than it was with the nerf to block. I will re-spec my standard witch and get updated screens. Even with the loss of spell damage from Cybil's, the damage you can add on the tree will more than make up for it.



Updated the main post with new tree's.

Key Changes
164% increased maximum Life up from 146% last build = 18% Increase
114% increased maximum Mana up from 102% last build = 12% Increase
155% Mana regeneration rate up from 120% last build = 35% Increase
119% increased Spell Damage up from 74% last build = 45% Increase
26% increased effect of buffs on you up from 5% last build = 21% Increase

0% Increased block chance off the tree down from 37% = 37% Decrease

Is the apep's rage - cybils comparison still valid?
No block -> no damage bonus. Even when replacing a support gem with life leech a good wand now should give more dps overall (and it can also have nice mods like projectile speed).
