2 row stash tabs

Hi there.

I have to admit that I really like the idea with "folder tabs" and "sub tabs" a lot!
This would also solve the problem with temp leagues being transferred over to standard because they could easily create a folder for all league-specific tabs of a given temp league.

Problem is not the amount of tabs in a temp league alone. But as soon as you've played some of them your standard stash is inevitably lost just because all the tabs are not added at the end but mixed in between all existing ones.

Sadly, this really keeps me back from trying things in standard...
