I can just forward everything what Sgravion said. He is right in everything he said. I'm glad that we have more people to give advice :-)

I used a 4 link chest until 76-78 I think. But that chest had 550 ES and very good stats.

Quick notes :
- Drop Projectile Physical Damage for Faster attacks = more dps. Projectile Phys Damage is the 6th socket once you get a 6link.
- Drop the 8% mana nod above Deep Thoughts and go the route I have. You save 1 skill point this way. Also drop the +30 str nod ( get it on a helm for example or onyx amulet ) and invest those two points into Wand Fire and Wand Cold damage.
- 20 % everything gives a nice ES boost aswell. You can start with your Rainbowstrides, but 4 link them 1st ;-)
- Your damage is low also because you are missing accuracy on 3 pieces of your gear. ( amulet, ring, gloves. Imagine every piece with 300 ;-) But keep the Maligaros, they are very good for this build.

As I said in this thread multiple times. This is a very gear dependant build but doesnt require tons of exalts just proper stat adjustment. You want to buy the perfect items for yourself, you cant just wear anything you found. They dont have to be the highest roll, but they must have all the stats which benefits you and 0-1 useless stats. 2 examples from my items I'm wearing.

There is absolutely no stat except the hp regeneration which I cant use. But on your rings, you are missing 2 stats and on the 1st one and on the other one you have 2 useless stats so a total of 4 missing stats which could benefit you. That could be ES or even more dmg.

What more do you need on a shield for this build ? And I was searching intentionally for a shield with STR to drop that +30 str nod.

Try to not buy items you dont need with useless stats. You are CI, dont need hp neither mana or mana regen. Your ammy, drop it... sorry but its terrible for this build. You are looking for #-# phys dmg, critical multiplier min 25 %, critical chance min 25 %, accuracy atleast 150-200 and then comes the rest like rezistances etc.

when i was ready to start witch wander at the end of 1.1.5 i was preparing myself for elemental piscator and hybrid build of kaiserin...1.2.0 has broken both.
i cannot yet afford fyndel's one (everything mirrored)... so this is the only i can follow.

But as i said, my goal is start for here and farm atziri. So we have to pump up defense. it means i'll have to follow at least one of these 2 ways: iron reflex with massive evasion, or AA sustained with godly mana regen...

How can i increase my Dmg on Multitarget (PowerSiphon)?

And is Barrage a good Singletarget Skill ?

Single target should be power siphon, crit damage, projectile damage, weapon elemental damage.

Multi target should be power siphon, chain, lmp, projectile damage.

I like projectile damage because it slows your attack speed so that you conserve mana more and on paper the DPS seems to be about the same as either crit damage, or weapon elemental damage.

For aura's I run discipline and herald of ash and herald of ice. Hopefully you get a group member with hatred but you could drop discipline and run hatred if you feel safe.

Wand fire damage and wand cold damage are also great passives that you should get. I don't like the heart of oak passives since it's way too far to get to. I like this guys build but that's one critique I would make against it. This is my passive tree.
