Personally I don't like KB that much and would like to go with PS+ICD+Chain+GMP+PPAD for packs and Barrage+PPAD+ICD+FA for single, but endgame guides all use KB. Is Power Syphon still viable in 2.0 or a dead skill now? | |

Mana version should be pretty much the same tree + Vaal Pact and few little differences instead of BM+MC, gear differs in using maligaros and mana/reg values on jewellery and shield => look this thread #1128759 to see what I am talking about and adapt it to the changes that came with 2.0
Power Siphon is less dps on direct targets (because of Chain) and no Splash damage, thats why it is less populare. thx for the fast adaption to 2.0 and the guide! I personally never switched from ST to KB and I think I remember you used to run a ST setup as well. Any chance you could try your current setup with ST/GMP and share your experience? I am messing around with a BM version / Mana Version, different trees etc, but without a couple of lvl 4 enlighting and some decent jewels it's not really comparable. I still see potential in ST - at least with very high gear investment. I feel tooltip DPS sometimes simply doesn't reflect clearspeeds correctly. I would really appreciate a short test with ST/GMP and see what numbers/experience perfect gear you end up with. Greetz Iggi |

" unfortunately I dont have a loath bane anymore so I can't really test it out, but I am pretty much certain that ST has been nerfed quite a bit more than wander builds, because ST has always been about spamming billions of blades, and now that blood rage is gone and that you generally can't attack as fast as pre 2.0, it severely hurts the build. The way KB works is very efficient in that you mostly shoot 1 projectile in a pack and it just dies instantly, rather than taking several spectral throws to kill the mobs. #1 spirit shield - #1 ES/all res diamond ring - 6T1 ES/WED/tri-res rustic sash mirror service

SO UMMM.... while specing into this from the start, what would you suggest using to lvl to 90? in terms of utilizing all the nodes? i havent wen down to get BM or those nodes so what skills should i use to lvl while following your tree?
