Given the price of chances (and scourings if you decide to "chance bomb" one item),the only uniques you should gamble for are those worth an insane amount of currency. Thus, these uniques. I seem to remember a Dev post that the chance of getting a unique is NOT set, but depends on the actual unique in question.
So using it on a Glorious plates is much less likely to result in a unique then using one on, say, a Vine Circlet (Not that you would ever do that, just by way of example). IGN: Kulde

I recall reading something about base items that have more than one unique having better chances of scoring a unique with Chance orb. If that is true, That would make Onyx amulet, with 3 uniques a good choice. This is i dont know if that holds any truth.

Onyx amulets are fairly decent because you can get decent rares from them and can drop useful and pricey uniques. Well, 2 out of the possible 3.
I agree with Glorious Plate, Occultist Vestment, Imperial Bow and Malstrom Staff in that order. To get the other 3 items to be more pricey, you have to get sockets and links into them which make them very highly desirable. |
