Really not sure how this unique can be useful

with like 500-750es i would somewhat understand the penalty but with those stats its pointless to add any penalties.

At level 16? I dunno. I'm sure someone will figure out a way to use it in races. The movement speed is obviously good and extra dex would also help for a hybrid build. Assume they'll be ranged and have decent evasion, so not taking a lot of physical hits anyway.

This seems excellent for leveling an ES-based archer to me. Especially if you want to level as CI instead of giving into the "but CI is impossible until you have 1209582 ES!!!!" nonsense.

Now if only there were a lower-level variant of Soul Strike...
