To be fair, the stacking was bugged in that version and never worked. So it was 40% for one stack. When we found out it was broken, we reduced it to 30%.

and Chundadragon is right, old spork had neither the clear speed nor the strength/survivabillity of todays ST.
It culled really well tho.

Sure they can't compare in terms of pure killspeed, but being able to offscreen things, killing everything in the radius of like 2 screens combined with 200 iiq and 500 iir in complete safety is a different kind of op.

Tooltip is not the way.

As others already have pointed out, no not even close.

In fact i would even dare to say it was never that powerful to begin with.

i wonder why skillgems like spark still exist....

Yeah, however the newsletter did mention buffs to lightning spells so I think Spark will get some love.
