An unexpected error occurred - dc to loggin screen

hey guys i've been playing path of exile for over 1 year now and i don't really have problems like fps drops or lag or things like that.The usual desync but i already got used to it,part of the game already.Anyway that's not the problem.
My problem now is i get dc from game at random times,sometimes even 20 times a day on a period of 12 hours gaming season.With the error an unexpected error occurred and dropped to login menu. I tried to ping my own default gateway and ping to 37.58.67.210 with cmd and both results came 0% packet loss.I have a 50 mb/sec optic fibre conexion.No antivirus or firewall on my pc.Just the regular windows 7 firewall.I think windows 7 ultimate,with latest drivers.And everything started a few days ago.I never ever had a problem like this before.nothing changed on my side,Same pc same drivers same everything. Sometimes it happens even when i'm in town chatting in global or 'spamming' trade chat to sell items.Random random.Can pass 5 min or 2 hours betwen dc's. And when i run Dominus when he changes to second form my game freazes for like 1 sec.Even if i stand still and wait for him to come up or if i run picking items or run in a circle,it happens.The freaze for 1 sec happens every single time i run Dominus,and sometimes right after that i dc. also made 2 tests on this site to this one next to me closest server http://www.pingtest.net/result/103733566.png and this one all the way on the other side of the globe http://www.pingtest.net/result/103733636.png tried the furter server i could find i said longer the distance longer the period for packets to travel and more chance for them to get loss and still 0%. left the ping trace untill i got a dc and this is what happened,anyone can tell me what it means please? Hi Lucian_22,
I'm really sorry to hear about this. Could you give us some more information about your connection? Is it wired or wireless? Is anyone or are any other programs using it? Do you continue to get these disconnections when connected to another gateway? Any of that information will be helpful in figuring out possible causes of this issue. If you're able to capture one of these disconnections in a WinMTR report that should also give us some really good information on the issue. Gameplay & Level Design

wired all the time
only internet program running along side poe is spotify. no i don't really play on other servers in poe i try to play on my gateway for better ping. and as for winMTR i will try.I left my cmd run for a good period of time untill i got a dc. i will try now and play on usa and keep winMTR open and hope for a dc. to tired to play more now.i will play untill i get a dc later today when i wake up,i've been up all night.Here is what i got so far with no dc,on usa gateway and no spotify.Looks like i have a crap load of packet loss,but i don't understand why,i never had problems untill a few days ago.And right when i started winmtr the second from down server was at 100% loss and server name became timed out or not responding can't remember.

So i had my doubt when i saw only at the end i have packet loss and i researched about those 2 adresses and i saw on forums that many players with different games have problems right at those 2 servers wich are 1 btw since networklayer.com belongs to a Company called Softlayer.So i don't think it's my internet i belive it's the server located in germany you guys use for path of exile.Just do a google search with ''networklayer.com packet loss'' and you will see what i talk about.
I will still run the program and try to get a dc with it running but now i'm convinced it's not me it's the server provider you guys use?or 1 of the nodes on the way to you guys. |

Tried usa server for 1 hour or so and no luck with a dc.I will try eu gateway again maybe i can get one there.Here is my ping from season

Before that last hops in all your reports, there also a constant package loss @ csw2.Frankfurt1.
I would send this report to you ISP too... |

also, on a side note... you don't have to edit out your 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 address... it's the same for almost everyone with a router. It doesn't make your specific location identifiable, or open you up to any sorts of attacks that people know the first hop is 192.168.0.1.
