Just because the OP was fake and only CoE was mentioned in that newsletter doesn't mean other items won't be made legacy.
I'll personally keep my stock piled divines and the few extra alpha's howls I bought until I get more info. I feel bad for people who invested 100s of ex in CoE speculation though... Keep PoE2 Difficult.

the nerf of CoE is pretty interesting I think.. It doesnt affect much the viability of build using it ( well they lose 30 % extra damage but they were used to reach insane level of dps ). And as stated numerous time, modifying the mod doesnt imply legacy.
