Why I hate partying with low-life ST players...

I don't. A mixture of broken uniques and the stupid Eternal Orb brought the game to this point (one person having easily enough DPS to carry five more), while Mirrors helped spreading the plague.

There were always the more effective builds, but these days you either follow suit, restrain yourself to collect the loot left behind the DPSer, or skip party play and go on solo. I'm usually not the biggest fan of nerfs, but in this case I hope the nerfhammer hits auras hard (around which all the broken low life builds are build around). Well, that's my oppinion, I'm not so much into completly trivialising the game.

It would be a shame if auras got nerfed since I play an ele buzzsaw. Not low life because poor, but nerfing them would nerf my only good character.
People run ahead because if they get out of range of everyone else they get all the drops.

GGG doesn't realize (or doesn't care which might be worse) that features of their game, that they deem exciting, brings out the worst in people.

Short Allocation looting changes the game entirely, I like to call it "Jackal Mode" with folks more concerned about camping other peoples drops then actually killing mobs.

Even though Permanent Allocation cures lots of the problems, it's still not immune to dirtbag behaviour. The few times I've had a nice drop in group play with PA I've had 3 of the other players in my group throw up Portals on top of my item in an attempt to get me out of the zone so they can steal the drop.
i love those llst in rotation <3

Looks like you've never played this build nor you have any knowledge about how this build works.

1) In case you don't know it, Blood Rage deals damage according to your hp pool. Lowlife builds generally have around 1k hp, that means activating Blood Rage will deal 1003 damage (3.8*16.5*1.6/100*1000 - %damage/sec*duration*negative chaos/%*hp, more with Increased Duration) to your ES. I don't see how would this kill me even if I had low ES.

2) You can just swap weapons (or grab Blood Rage gem in your gear if you have auras in the shield, but most players don't) to get rid of it instantly.

3) It's a very good build with shit gear (reaching around 25k LMP dps with low level, low level auras, 5 link, shit ele dagger and shit jewellry) and it scales more than well with upgrades.

I suggest getting more information before crying next time.

I had that build for a while, I know what I am talking about. Without the right gear the build sucks and the defenses are low compared to other builds. You rely on speed and leech to sustain yourself.

Not to mention the stupidly OP combo of Whirling Blades + Faster Attacks + Blood Rage + Enhance. If you can be that fast, why would you go slower ? It´s heavily unbalanced, the other movement skills kinda suck compared to it.

That's why I often put a "no low life st" tag in my games. Unfortunate but I'd rather to that than ruining my gameplay experience.

The party description is redundant. No one cares about that if we are to believe the majority of people from the discussion regarding invading maps.

The general concensus was that as long as the party is public you are always allowed to join no matter what it says in the desciption.

I don't see why it would be any different here.
Then why I have never seen such a build join my games when I put this tag in the party name?

When two witches watch two watches, which witch watches which watch?
If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch.
Watching witches watch watches is not for the faint of heart...

Coming from someone who does not play low-life ST.

Their damage capability is so high that in a 78 map in a 6 person party - they obliterate it. Literally you even stopping to attack slows the party down. From an entertainment perspective, it's a bit questionable. But from an XP perspective - you say they are going ahead but in reality, you are lagging behind. Quite literally the only thing you have to do is stay with them. You don't even have to attack just follow on a string.

lol so true, when diamond flask crit freezing pulse CI builds were a thing back in CB/OB if they ever joined my party I was just like sweet, free exp

wouldnt even bother attacking, just follow the shattering corpses

If it's your map, and you're the host, it's your rules. Kick them and replace them with good people.

A Kick within the map should result in that player also being ported out of the map.
I feel you op.

Agreed again. It's a punch in the face to have to deal with an obnoxious player for the remainder of a map and even as a host have no way of getting rid of said player.

I wouldn't really mind if it wasn't so much currency involved in mapping. But it is. And i do mind.
