No, don't want to pay money to become a Blizzard employee.

Darn straight I'm buying it. Cartoon or not! Playing D1 The Hell mod lately. Growing up in the days of pong I prefer game play over graphics. We need more DARK action rpg's. While I love TQ I only wish it was more dark.

$60 for at least one thousand hours of game play, hmm.. man that's cheap.

I'll probably be avoiding d3, I just do not like the idea of Auction House for cash on a game I have to buy.

You do realize that is probably not going to happen ? It will be an economy of scale, prices will go down because of the huge amount of players and supply, because everyone thinks that they will make money from selling uniques.

In the end, blizzard is the only one winning since they take a slice off from posting the item on the AH, as well as taking a cut from all the sold items. The more people participating in the market, the better since it means more transactions.

I mean okay, you could get a lucky and get a really rare item, but it is much more likely that you will just end grinding for days to make some money. The best opportunity would be to grind for days in the beginning of launch since supply<demand at that point.

You do realise that its not an item shop like tha Asian MMOs have dont you? I mean its not like you ever need to buy anything from it.

If some other mugs want to waste their money buying items for real money from other players thats their lookout.

Will deffo be buying D3, despite its slight departure from D2 it looks awesome, all the gameplay vids look brilliant so far.

Besides people forget what a departure D2 was from D1 when that first released, and look how that turned out!
