Divinity original sin

I should be all over this game, but for some reason I have no interest in it. Divine Divinity was an awkward game that didn't know if it wanted to be Diablo or Ultima. The next few games looked like absolute shit.
This one looks promising, but I've never been impressed by this company's output. Plus the graphics look too sugary sweet. I'll wait until it gets a big discount. |

People are finishing it already. Apparently, after the final battle, it's all over. No re-running areas with the same character, etc. This could all be BS, but that's the impression I'm getting.
The plus side, if this is true, is that it might get to the bargain price stage sooner :) |

Got through the first sections main boss.
At first I thought, "This bitch is solo, no problem, let me teleport her into my party for an easy win." I do so, she takes her turn then summons 5 demons right in the middle of my party. hmmm If I save to often I can no longer save. I just get corrupt saves. Awesome game though. I want some more stuff to kill : /

" Do you hard save every so often or do you rely on the auto-save + quick save options? From experience with these types of cRPGs I would recommend making a hard save every now again so things like this don't happen. Tends to mostly be the quick-saves that get bricked. Don't forget to drink your milk 👌

I am really enjoying this game.

Of course I got a bug where the whetstone/anvil doesn't work at all. I've talked to (or heard of) a few people who have had this happen. Unless we are all just doing something wrong (yes blacksmithing is up, yes it is that character trying it, etc, otherwise you aren't able to use it).
