"incinerate build" == "waste a perfectly good 6-link by stacking MF and leech, and ending up supporting Incinerate with only one gem" ?
The character is currently set up for MF purposes to farm bosses. Normally I'd have Incinerate + Life Leech + Mana Leech + LMP + Added Chaos + Fire Penetration and it's a good balance of tank and clear-speed.
EDIT: and I'd remove the leeches, but there aren't enough passives to support leech from elemental damage, full stop.
Drop the life leech gem, swap for fire pen/iron will(no colour change) and run
It synergizes nicely with infernals chaos dmg convert, allowing a pretty decent life leech effect.
Overall though infernal sucks for incinerate imho, that !00% crit chance is just wasted completely, such a shame.
