for an ele wander - it is very nice chest. even when on low mana you are quite safe because power siphon is not a spell so it is not doubled when reflected. chaos transform makes one safer vs reflect and crit chance is priceless. it is very nice unique in all. sadly - the shavs share the same base and it is so 'fun' to hope for shavs.. |

I don't hate Infernal Mantle, not even for forcing me to actually implement tracking "low mana" to make it work. I think it's a pretty cool item that leads to interesting decisions when trying to use it in a build, but that can be quite powerful.

I keep hoping this will drop for my fireball girl, No luck so far. Not surprisingly the 1400 people I've whispered to buy one have never answered me. I think it's interesting and can make quite a good build around it.
