Because every time you see that Occultist Vestment, you have this small sense of hope (no matter how many times it has been squashed) that it is Shavs.
It's more about Shavs than Infernal Mantle. Infernal Mantle is awesome....just has an unfortunate base type. Thanks for all the fish!
