Vi was one of the potential slayers in the last season of Buffy. She was in the final battle against the ancient vampires that were summoned from the hellmouth under Sunnyvale.

She's been in a couple episodes of Supernatural, co-starred in Dr. Horrible's Sing-a-long Blog with Neil Patrick Harris and Nathon Fillion, and she is the creator and star of The Guild. She also started up a YouTube channel last year called Geek & Sundry which has some pretty awesome shows on it (I especially love TableTop with Wil Wheaton).

She's pretty amazingly talented overall.

She played the Asura npc-hero Zojja in Guild Wars 2.

I believe she also had a role in Fallout:NV.

The Guild aside, I think she's also pretty well known for Dr. Horrible's Singalong Blog and Geek and Sundry, a vlog thingy she does where she test-runs board games with other somewhat famous people.
