1.1.4 patch MATH! is it necessary?

many people doesnt understand what is RNG, so it just a reminder for them that they don't get anything about game mechanism.

Basic example : a guy complaining about drop rate because he got only shit during 50 Dominus run.

I don't follow your logic at all. If there are more Shavs supplied (there will be), and the demand doesn't change (Why would it? Everyone wants it today, everyone will want it tomorrow.) then how would the price do anything but drop?

lol nice balance... (i'm not whining I'm just really saying what's the point of this patch buff drop rate). Is this drop rate buff really necessary?

edit: But then again i'm not sure the exact drop chance(percentage) of a unique.. this is just my estimation based on my experience.. (all those drop explosions from unique bosses, rare and magic mobs).


the droprate is not the problem for me. It's the many many BADLY DESIGNED uniques that just suck!! I once was really excited once I saw something orange on the floor but lost my interest ever since cuz it's crap most of the time. I don't mind low droprates IF THE STUFF THAT DROPS WOULD AT LEAST BE GOOD.

the longer the game goes on the more I see that there aren't very many BADLY designed uniques . I even made a very functional build with that 0all resist great helm. Not having to worry about resists frees you up for magic finding and crit chance on all your gear and lets you wear immortal flesh without any penalty! Not a HC build but works pretty darn well in softcore. Also if you max your dodge/block chance of spells it hardly has a downside at all
