I do wish I could say I think you are right grant_m, but I can't in any honesty. It reminds me of the situation with email spam. I was once contracted to design a new anti-spam system for an ISP. After a few weeks I finally recommended outsourcing the problem, because in all that time I could not even begin to find a real solution nor could anyone else in the industry for that matter.
PS: I did, however, come up with a great way to automate spam in such a fashion as to defeat all anti-spam measures of the time... unfortunately I was too much of a white hat to be rich as a result.
I guess as a community, we'll all have to do whatever is asked of us to help combat the potential problems and do our best.
I hope your ship comes in soon. :)

Unfortunately with publicity comes clowns who try to ruin the game by asking for features that would make the game more "casual", luckily it seems GGG has the balls to not let this ruin their game.
