The drop timer really needs to be longer.

Well for starters one reason would be because not everybody is rich enough to put together a nice computer. So you take a junk computer that can hardly run PoE as it is then you add everybody in the party casting there spells lagging you up then you have you're answer to why some have trouble. Not to mention everybody in there grandma is spam clicking on the item that dropped so if you are just a second late that drop is gone for sure.

my computer isnt high end, its average at best and i can run fine on most occasions and even if the loot with my name on it gets taken, i don't care much

the entire group helped killing, so my mentality is, whatever drops, its OURS, not mine, if i see someone getting something that interests me, i TALK to them about trading, you know, like a reasonable human being would do, i dont post a new thread about something that has already been posted over and over.

I wish the damn timer was ZERO then all you noobs couldnt claim loot was "yours" anymore.

The item is yours when it is in your bag.

Not once in the past six months of D3 have I EVER heard of anyone complain about individual loot. Not once.

So I am just not buying this who "very few people like in a bubble drops" thing. I think it's insignificant to a very large portion of the playerbase. I doubt most players even thought twice about it. Even the "hardcores".

He was probably referring to the people who funded the game up until now...not the noob masses who want to make it a Blizzard game....

Well normally when there is something wrong with something then it tends to get posted about and clearly becomes a big topic hence why they are looking into loot options for a reason. I mean I would assume the fan base would play a big role in shaping up the game and all they are the ones playing it most. But don't take my word for it listen to the 1000+ others talking about it but hey not a very talked about topic or anything must not be that big of a deal at all.

Nothing about the ffa loot complaints have anything to do with wanting to make POE a Blizzard game you dolt.

Indeed, it has to do more with the fact the people have terrible mouse accuracy, shitty internet or are just plain greedy (while blaming OTHERS of being greedy, I might add).
Would anybody like some... POUNDCAKE?

oh yes, because what ARPG introduced instanced loot to the masses thus giving them the idea of "that loot is MINE"? oh yeah...diablo 3

people want loots to be given in a silver platter to them like in diablo 3.

I don't play with randoms in party because droptimers is so low, when there is a drop it's gone in 1 sec. I only play with friends as we give each other the items we need.

There should be a party option to choose if there should be long or short drop timers for party members.
