Really just made the thread to rant, not much to discuss, if you actually read the thread, in which case it flew right by you.

Its a forum, people post things they want to regarding the main topic, regardless of a obscure title. I think you should avoid forums if forum posts bother you.

No, actually I'm a bit of a forum connoisseur. If you haven't noticed, it's the gourmets who get most upset when their food isn't properly cooked.

I find it pretty common to reach merciless and still have blue gear on. (yes even when playing HC)
As long as your resists are capped (not that difficult) and you are stacking health, the lower damage output is not that bad.

As for the RNG...I think you all need to find an albino rhoa feather. It boosts your RNG by 10.

randomness does, in general, seem to be just random.
however i will upon occasion notice a 'pattern' that just isn't possible.

like clearing 15-20 instances getting 1 skill gem, fireball-
then getting 4 spectral throws all from barrels in next instance.

logging into char havent been on in weeks-1st unique mob drops unique.
happened about 5 times to me.
and yes, clear 20-30 instances with 90iiq+90iir and got none for the hour before.

on my current char im getting 4l and chrom drops spamming.
perhaps they changed something.
i have an AWFUL weapon for 10 lvls below me-so i q20 a white 4l wep
transmute, and use 10-15 alterations.
i euqip said weapon, and i get literally 5 great mallets,
4 2h swords and 3 staves, all 4l in one instance of docks cruel?

i honestly feel theres numbers in place to encourage using currency,
like above example.
ill buy 1 item or two gems-which im not even able to use yet-for 3 chaos total.
next 3 instances i get 3 chaos orbs specifically.
ive had the same experience with both alchs and fusings.

i put on 80ish iir and like 20iiq and kill merveil 9-10 times w a char 12 lvls over.
no luck, a few time 4+rares, generally blues. bored->gear into stash.
Grab some non-MF gear and progress thru merveil about 10 mins later-DOUBLE unique drop.

sighs. at least my luck with finding chrome gear is consistent.

oh and speaking of blue gear, my lvl 54 in invasion has
2 blue 2-stone rings i spent 15ish alts on each.
but i have 5+decent rare ammys.

This right here man, lol, I can farm all day with iir/iiq gear and get nothing.

3rd exalt drops From enemies. And someone never even saw one.
