Sadly its been a recurring theme in these types of changes to the point its not just normal procedure but expected. I've been here since they changed from closed to open beta and they have never strayed from that method of impacting the game once.

GGG just have to wait for the slap in their faces when they release new supporter packs and no one will buy them

And people actually thought the 8 stars would be easier without the unique list. Good luck getting all the Vaal items. I knew they weren't just going to throw out t-shirts like we were in the 7th inning stretch or some shit.

Easy to get for every credit card warrior, just like every item in the game. And no some hundred dollars is not "hard to get" for people with well payed jobs in first world.

Balance by rarity fuels RMT but doesnt make getting items "hard".

Antee you surprise me , You of all people should know that rarity does not affect balance.
Just because something is rare does not at all hinder the benefits it gives to those rich and powerful enough to acquire it.

This is why legacy items are a terrible idea because it does not affect anyone who already has said items. they still have their legacy kaoms Bors and Aegis A's and they are still just as powerful. You yourself quite notably avoid standard . possibly for this reason.

By the same token these new items are powerful, they will be nerfed which then puts forward the obvious question ... why the hell are they still doing this? (making op items balancing them on rarity and then when that shit doesnt work: legacy them).

And it does not work , the Bor And aegis A combo in the last leagues proved that rarity is a garbage balancer. If people want it , they will put the effort in to get it .
Even if it takes 10 hours or 100 hours, it makes no difference to the bottom line

All of those Uniques are obscenely op, to the point that I believe them to be fake...



If they aren't fake, they're overpowered. Either they'll be as rare, if not rarer, than Kaoms, or become Legacy ASAP. Regardless, they'd be the most expensive items in the game for sure.

This kind of BiS, no downside, obvious "end-game" type Unique is cancerous to the game, and GGG has said that they don't intend to release these kind of Uniques, because they want the best Rares to be better. So if these are real, then GGG is really going to lose a ton of support from their loyal fan-base for this stunt..

I know of many jaded individuals who will find this the final drop in the bucket, GGG having reneged on too much for them to even consider further supporting them.
