Yes those are two of the recipes. However you took the information from ntohs from reddit. So the loot rewards should go to ntohs. He posted the information 2 hours ago.

Most of recipes are "useless" in anything but races. If anything they are a sign of the general direction that GGG may go later in PoE's life, rather than what we want to use today.

Seems useful for the beginning of the 4month.

For the last, I would think of what we need.
I don't know it, but think about what we need;

i.e. There is no fuse recipe. Is it something that creates a fuse? That would be really useful.
