Since chris said, that one of the recipes was already guessed by someone who made a logical conclusion, I say the 1.06 recipes are (again) recipes to add Mods to weapons or Armour.

Maybe I missed something but... if someone reveals a recipe, how can we know from which patch it was ? Or the first to reveal something takes whatever bounty is higher ?
